A HASTINGS St unit so rare "money can't buy it" is on the market and expected to break the record sale price.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit at 5/66 Hastings St is one of only 15 units of its kind along the strip, according to its agent, Roark Walsh of Tom Offerman Real Estate.
Mr Walsh said when the property sold it would eclipse a record set by an $8.25 million penthouse unit.
Mr Walsh said some of the wealthiest families in Australia were eyeing off the slice of paradise.
"We've had interest from expats from the United States, Hong Kong, and Sydney and Melbourne," Mr Walsh said.
"New money, and old.
"There's a complex in Little Cove that's comparable - they've had offers in excess of $15 million, and all turned down."
Prestige property agents say records are tumbling in Noosa Heads after a resurgence in buyers snapping up beachfront property in the wake of recent interest rate cuts and looser lending criteria.
Mr Walsh said the lifestyle was seen by interstate buyers are priceless.
He said despite being on Hastings St, the property was still private and came with incredible views of the Noosa National Park.
