Ms Liddicoat was charged with dangerously operating a vehicle causing death while adversely affected by an intoxicating substance and driving under the influence.

The Maroochydore Magistrates Court registry confirmed Ms Liddicoat’s first charge was committed on October 18 for trial in the district court.

She had not entered a plea.

Defence lawyer Bradford Hill appeared in court on Friday, October 21 and asked for her remaining charge of driving under the influence to be adjourned to March 17, 2023.

Mr Hill said Ms Liddicoat‘s dangerous operation charge had been committed earlier in the week, which had left her driving under the influence charge to be dealt with.

Ms Liddicoat’s court appearance was excused when her matter was adjourned to next year.
