Detectives from Caloundra’s Criminal Investigation Branch have launched a public appeal after a stolen Toyota HiLux was found abandoned near Roys Rd and the Bruce Hwy, Beerwah, about 4.10pm on June 29.

The burnt-out vehicle was found to be stolen from a property on Bilenda Cl property five days earlier.

“Police are urging anyone with information about the man’s movements, or dashcam from Roys Rd and Bruce Hwy about 4.15pm on June 29, to come forward,” he said.
