LABOR held their election launch with pomp and ceremony and phoney smiles and handshakes.
There sitting in the front seats were the ghosts of the past: Keating, Gillard and Rudd.
Surprising the latter two were there considering they were there to support the bloke who plotted their downfall and terminated their political careers, which proves the hypocrisy of the event.
This added to the farce along with all the kids and mothers lined up on the stage for effect.
Shorten strutted around on stage like Nero waving and grinning at the audience.
Spitting out his uncosted promises and economic plans but nothing about the farmers or border control or national security or defence plans.
Without national security nothing else matters but there was much about crucifying the top end of town and how he will play Robin Hood and take funds from the rich to pay the poor.
What a joke.
