The men, Nam Dinh Hoang, 46, Minh Dinh Vu, 35, and Viet Thang Vu, 58, have each been charged with producing and possessing cannabis along with the possession of items used in the commission of a crime.
It is alleged the men had been producing cannabis between August 2024 and May 2025 at a property in the town of Duckinwilla on the Fraser Coast.
The trio had their charges mentioned in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Wednesday, June 4.
No pleas have been entered.
Solicitor Melissa Guilfoyle told the court none of the men would be making an application for bail and the charges were expected to proceed to a higher court.
Ms Guilfoyle told the court there would be a brief of evidence available by July 9.
Court documents show police allege a range of equipment was found at the Duckinwilla property, including a tent, lighting and ventilation fans.
It is also alleged there were fertilisers, irrigation equipment, phones, a tractor and a truck that had been used in a crime.
The documents stated one of the men, Minh Dinh Vu, had $1615, alleged to have been used in the commission of a crime.
The trio’s charges are expected to come back before the Maryborough Magistrates Court on July 16, 2025.
