Mr Djordjevic was charged by Forensic Crash Unit investigators on Friday, August 5, 2022 with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death or grievous bodily harm and one of drug driving and driver failing to restrain a child under four.
Coolum Beach Police Sergeant Peter Blake said following the fatal crash many bystanders went into a traumatic scene and did all they could in the situation.

“We as human beings seldom come across such tragic situations and for some of those bystanders that would be the most traumatic thing they will ever witness.”
