Landsborough fire: Suspicious blaze destroys Caloundra St house
As police continue an investigation, fresh details are emerging about a devastating blaze that destroyed a home and cars just months after the property was sold.

Police are investigating after witnesses reportedly saw someone fleeing the scene of a suspicious fire that destroyed a house on the Sunshine Coast just months after the property was sold.
Emergency crews were called to reports of vehicles and a house on fire on Caloundra St at Landsborough about 9.50pm, Sunday, October 27.
The Queensland Fire Department sent five crews to fight the blaze, which was extinguished about 10.30pm.
The property at Caloundra St was bought by Gavin Properties Pty Ltd in July for $716,000, according to property data.
A passer-by at the scene said the tenants of the property had recently been told they needed to move out.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said two cars and the home were damaged in the blaze.
No one was inside the home at the time and there were no injuries, according to police.
A crime scene has been declared and investigations are ongoing.
Another police spokeswoman said witnesses reported seeing someone flee the scene of the house fire that night.
