This lash extension specialist is bringing more than a decade’s experience and a range of in-demand services to the exciting main street venture.

A new beauty salon focusing on lash extensions and helping women accentuate their natural beauty will be hitting Stanthorpe’s main street in the coming weeks.

Making the move from Brisbane to Stanthorpe in search of the quieter country lifestyle, Belle Reid is set to launch her salon Lash Lady Belle in the town’s CBD.

With 11 years’ industry experience under her belt, Ms Reid said she was excited to bring a new location for highly sought-after lash extensions to the Stanthorpe main street.

“I’m really passionate about making lashes look really natural and not in your face, it’s 100 per cent about retention and helping my clients to make the lashes last as long as they can,” she said.

“It’s soulful to me like being part of that process is actually quite an honour.”

Ms Reid hopes to accentuate people’s eyes and natural beauty to help them save time doing their makeup through her Lash Lady Belle lash extensions.

Ms Reid said lash extensions would both emphasise clients’ natural beauty and cut back the time it takes to get ready and put on makeup each day.

“I really want people to notice their eyes rather than their extensions, the extensions don’t overwhelm the face they have symmetry and its about showcasing everyone’s own personal style,” she said.

The salon will offer both an express service and two-hour service depending on the client and selected lashes.

What Ms Reid hoped offering lash extensions in shades of auburn, brown, and dark brown alongside the traditional black would set her apart from local competitors.

“With this you can design it so it looks much more natural, and I really pride myself on achieving that for my clients,” she said.

She said she hopes to expand the business to offer permanent makeup and brow lamination in the near future.

Lash Lady Belle will open its doors in the first week of September at 19 Maryland Street.

The store will be open from 7am - 7pm Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and Wednesday and Thursday 7am - 8pm.
