Three people have been transported to Kingaroy hospital following a head-on crash in Leafdale on Friday, July 9.

Paramedics transported a woman in her 40s with an arm injury, a man in his 50s with a head injury, and a woman in her 60s with injuries to her head, chest and abdomen in a stable condition.

Police and paramedics were called to the Mondure-Cushnie Road and Mount McEuen Road intersection at 11.26am, a QAS spokeswoman said.

Paramedics are on scene after two women and a man were injured in a head-on crash at a South Burnett intersection.

Emergency services were called to the corner of Mondure-Cushnie Road and Mount McEuen Road in Leafdale at 11.26am on Friday, July 9.

A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said paramedics are assessing three patients, including a woman in her 40s with an arm injury, a man in his 50s with a head injury, and a woman in her 60s with injuries to her head, chest and abdomen.

All three are in a stable condition.
