Wayne Robert Green to face court on drug, weapons charges

A former South Burnett crop farmer has found out the next steps in his court case after being accused of possessing dangerous drugs, improper storage of weapons and unauthorised possession of explosives.

A former South Burnett crop farmer had his weapons and drug charges mentioned in court on Wednesday with indications he will make a plea in July.

Wayne Robert Green is charged with possessing dangerous drugs, secure storage of weapons and authority required to possess explosives.

Lawyer Sjaana Stephens appeared on behalf of Mr Green at the Murgon Magistrates Court and indicated he will make a short plea to the charges.

Magistrate Andrew Sinclair listed July 2 for Green to appear via video link where he will plead to the three charges.
