Judith Ann Schulz to face court charged with five counts of breaching bail

A Tingoora woman charged with stalking a South Burnett councillor has been rearrested for breaking her strict bail conditions.

The former campaign manager of a sitting South Burnett councillor has been rearrested for allegedly breaching strict bail conditions handed down by the court in May.

Judith Ann Schultz, 57, was granted bail after facing Murgon Magistrates Court on May 19 charged with unlawful stalking and two counts of extortion.

Schultz was arrested and taken to Kingaroy Watch House on Tuesday. July 6 charged with five counts of breaching her bail conditions, which require her to report to Murgon CIB once a week and abstain from contacting, approaching or have anyone else contact or approach Cr Scott Henschen and a number of other witnesses.

The Tingoora-based web designer previously worked as Cr Henschen’s campaign manager.

She will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 8.
