Police have released CCTV footage of a masked man smashing a Nanango business front with a baseball bat before making a speedy getaway.

Nanango

The glass door of a Nanango mechanical repairs business was left shattered following a targeted attack by a masked man.

At 1.35am on June 28, an older model white Nissan patrol with a distinct black bonnet, black decals on the side, and no number plates pulled up to the Drayton Street business, Senior Sergeant Brett Smith said.

CCTV released by Queensland police shows a tall and thin man wearing a black balaclava approach the business‘ front sliding door and smash the glass with a blue baseball bat.

He then got back into the passenger seat of the car and left the scene. The driver is unidentifiable.
