A woman has been rushed to hospital with a severe hand injury after a cattle drafting accident on a South Burnett property on Sunday.

Paramedics were called out to Reifs Rd, Tablelands – 57km north of Kingaroy – after a woman’s hand got caught between the fence and cattle as she was drafting cattle, a Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said.

The woman, in her 60s, was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
