Two-vehicle smash blocks railway line in Rockhampton

Emergency services responded to a two-vehicle crash on a level crossing in Rockhampton City on Monday.

The crash reportedly occurred on Denham Street and Denison Street at 10.05am.

According to a Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman, Queensland Rail were advised that the railway line had been blocked.

The spokesman said all persons involved were out of their vehicles.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said there were no reported injuries.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the railway line was cleared by 10.42am.

The spokeswoman said one of the persons involved was issued an infringement notice.
