Emergency services have rescued a woman trapped in a car following a single-vehicle accident during peak hour traffic on the Yeppoon-Rockhampton Rd in the Limestone Creek.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said their crews used hydraulic rescue tools to free the woman in her 50s from the vehicle.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said they arrived on scene about 7.30am.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said police were proceeding to the site at approximately 8.00am.
