Chalice Timothy Tate, 19, drove while intoxicated while on his learners licence, along with entering premise and commit an indictable offence and was found in possession of marijuana and a bong.

He also contravened police direction to provide identifying particulars and attend a drug program.

Tate was intercepted driving on Kerrigan Street, Frenchville, on July 9, 2021, with alcohol in his system and was busted with the drugs on July 16.

The enter premise offence took place some time between April 22-28, 2021, but he was not the lead offender in the crime.

Defence lawyer Samantha Legrady said her client had gone through some issues and had been hanging out with a bad crowd at the time.

She said he was about to start a job at Shoalwater Bay.

Tate was placed on 12 months probation, disqualified from driving for three months and ordered to pay $850 in fines.

No criminal convictions were recorded.

The intercept took place on Lucas Street, Gracemere, on November 16 at 5.15pm after a car accident where Hancock was not at fault.

She told the court she had just moved to the region when she was intercepted and had not received the letter advising of her licence suspension.

Wilson pleaded guilty in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on January 7 to one count each of driving without a licence and failure to appear.

Ms Bain said Wilson was given bail and failed to appear in court on July 29, 2021.
