The bail’s ‘strict conditions’ included not accessing an electronic device with access to the internet and not being away from his bail address at any time unless attending court or a legal appointment, or in the company of his mother or another appropriate adult.

Police allege seven days after signing the bail, Mr Williams accessed a device and used social media apps to send ‘intimate’ photos and videos of himself to numerous people followed by messages such as ‘I will rape you’.

It is also alleged Mr Williams trespassed at two properties on nearby Livermore St the same day of the alleged indecent act.
