Emergency services have responded to a vehicle fire between Rockhampton and Gladstone on Thursday, May 29.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said fire crews arrived to the scene on Epala Rd in Ambrose at 12.55pm to find the vehicle ablaze.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said the car was not close to any dwellings.
According to the Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman fire crews were able to extinguish the blaze by 12.58pm.
