Shao-wei Wu was on Wednesday, September 29, ordered by acting magistrate Ron Muirhead to stand trial in the district court for the alleged sexual crimes which all took place on April 5, 2021.
His charges include one count of rape, two counts of sexual assault, two of breaching privacy by filming or photographing genital or anal areas.

He said the alleged offending occurred while Mr Wu was working at Essential Massage at Stockland Rockhampton.
Mr Wu did not enter a plea or give evidence during a committal hand up in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Police prosecution handed up witness statements of the three alleged victims, the partner of one of the victims and three police officers.
They also handed up photographs of two of the victims, the underpants of one of the alleged victims, CCTV footage, a copy of a search warrant, receipts, and documents about forensic examination of a mobile phone.
Mr Wu has also been charged with receiving tainted property which has been adjourned until late December.
