Emergency crews have responded to multiple incidents in the Rockhampton region in the last 24 hours, including a vehicle crashing into a parked car and tree, a quad bike rollover and a two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway.
Paramedics were called to reports of a vehicle colliding with a parked car and then a tree on Hollingsworth and Wilmington Sts, Kawana, on Thursday at 4.55am.
Paramedics treated a man in his 40s with neck pain.
He was transported to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Police Service said police did not attend the incident.
Paramedics were also called to a quad bike rollover on a private property at Bouldercombe on Wednesday night at 8.37pm.
A man in his 40s was transported to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition with a leg injury.
Further north, a 38-year-old man was killed in a crash at St Lawrence.
Earlier, emergency services were called to a two-vehicle crash at Marmor, south of Rockhampton, about 2.50pm on the Bruce Highway near Twelve Mile Rd.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Ambulance Service said paramedics assessed two stable patients.
Paramedics transported one woman to Rockhampton Hospital with minor injuries.
The spokeswoman said the other person was uninjured and did not require transport.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said there was one crew on scene to make the area safe.
The Bruce Highway was closed for a short time while crews worked to clear the site.
These incidents follow a single-vehicle crash in Rockhampton on Wednesday afternoon, where a suspected stolen Toyota Hilux left the road and rolled on O’Connell Street in Depot Hill about 1pm.
A female passenger was transported to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.
A spokesperson for Queensland Police Service said one man, understood to be the driver, was assisting police with enquiries.
