YOUR Perfect Host was born from a simple idea - to make the most of holiday homes by matching them with holiday makers in beautiful Noosa.
Noosa has a lot of holiday homes, and owners of these homes often live interstate or overseas and only use them for annual holidays.
This means that for most of the year those homes are empty and gathering dust.
YPH has the solution: it can host your holiday home for short term holiday stays using a booking platform that connects holidayers with houses in desirable locations.
Owners have complete control of when they want to stay and when they want to make the house available.
YPH's ongoing services include online calendar management of bookings and payments, welcoming guests and creating a memorable guest experience.
YPH is the brainchild of Steven Mitchell, Julia Verburgt and Tania Ratti.
Being in the industry for a combined 60 years, YPH director Julia Verburgt said the trio came to the realisation that they could bring an exciting new concept to the holiday market.
"Our original concept and title says it all: 'your' - we are there for you, 'perfect' is our level of service and 'host' is what we do,” Ms Verburgt said.
"With the explosion of online platforms like Airbnb and Stayz and home owners wanting to be a part of that market but without knowing where to start, we saw a niche that could be filled and YPH was born. We host holiday homes for short term holiday stays using these platforms.
