Mr Fox, who has a social media following of 386,000 Instagram followers and 20,000 YouTube subscribers to his home workout videos, appeared in Noosa Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

Police prosecutor Alison Johnstone said Fox was given an adult caution.

She said police wouldn’t be giving any evidence on the matter.

Acting Magistrate Graham Hillan dismissed the charges and told Mr Fox he was free to go.
