The 655.60 hectare property, which is located off the Peak Downs Highway at the top of the Eton Range, about 40 minutes out of Mackay, has a heap of natural features that would impress just about any visitor.

Selling agent Gary Johns of Landmark Queensland noted the potential for future subdivision of the property.
