New data shows house prices for every suburb

EVER wondered how much your property is worth?

CoreLogic's monthly Market Trend reports indicate median prices for each suburb.

Richmond homes top the list, however, Northern Beaches and central suburbs remain affordable to everyday buyers.

The data also shows that across the board prices have risen in Mackay, up 1.5 per cent to a median sales price of $340,000. In the past year 1259 houses have changed hands and 198 units.
