The Homebush pub sometimes called 'The Pub in The Scrub', or by its real name, the General Gordon Hotel, has had a price drop - from $595,000 down to offers over $400,000.
The hotel has a variety of public bar facilities, including an internal bottle shop, meals, dining room facilities, an outdoor function space, accommodation and camping.
The classic Queensland pub is only 20 minutes drive southwest of Mackay and packs a 131-year history.
Other features include two cold rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a massive colourbond shed and heaps of storage room, two pool tables, a two-bedroom living area and six guest rooms to let out.
According to selling agent Juanita Wanda Holden it's popular with locals and tourists, with many bus tours coming through.
"It's great for functions with a beautiful covered beer garden that can easily hold 200 people,” she said.
