WARM and cosy is the first impression of 6 Wellby Ct in North Mackay.
The Riverleigh Estate property hit the market on Thursday and is expected to attract a mass of interest due to its unique layout and family friendly features.
Selling agent Mandy Hall of Raine and Horne Mackay Beaches said the owner had lived in the property with his young family, but has since relocated to Brisbane and needs to sell.
Ms Hall said the beautifully presented home offered something a bit different than the norm and would suit a family or someone looking to upgrade.
"It's a big family home so there is a lot of space. It is central and very close to town, close to the hospital, a number of schools and shopping centres. It is about a block back from the river," Ms Hall said.
"I think it will be popular because it is unique. It's different to most other properties that are four bedroom, two bathroom. The layout is different, it is unique. Three bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs.
"The living is downstairs but there is a separate living space upstairs. There are also four patios on the property, two out the front and two out the back so any time of the day you can sit on the patio and get the sun or the shade, depending on the season."
The strong owner-occupier area with a mixture of middle of the road and top end property is another draw card of the home.
To inspect the property, head to the open home on Saturday between 10-10.30am
