RUGBY LEAGUE: An ankle injury has sidelined Gympie NRL prospect Tino Fa'asuamaleaui for both the Melbourne Storm and feeder club the Sunshine Coast Falcons this week.
The 19-year-old was not selected in the Storm's Round 1 line-up which took on the Brisbane Broncos in the NRL season opener last night, nor the Falcons team to face the Redcliffe Dolphins tomorrow night.

A Melbourne Storm media spokesman said Fa'asuamaleaui had suffered a sprained ankle in the Storm's training session last Sunday.
The young gun said he was hopeful of a potential debut in their Round 2 match-up with the Canberra Raiders.
"That's football. I'd love to be playing this week but I just have to be patient and do everything it takes to get back on the field,” he said.
The Falcons beat the Wynnum Manly Seagulls 26-24 to open their Intrust Super Cup campaign last Saturday.
Tino rejoined the Falcons squad earlier this month after finishing last season with the Easts Tigers.
