A man was taken to Gympie Hospital Wednesday evening after a two-car crash at the intersection of Brookes Rd and Tin Can Bay Rd in Canina, near Gympie.
The crash occurred shortly before 4.43pm and the driver of one of the cars who was aged in his 90s was taken to hospital.
Two ambulances were sent.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said the injured man travelled in a stable condition with “abrasions to hands and head”.
Another patient was assessed but found to be uninjured.
