A male teen rolled his car after swerving to avoid hitting a kangaroo as he was turning a corner on Lake Mary Rd, north of Rockhampton, on Friday night.
He and his two teenage passengers, one male and one female, walked away from the crash in stable conditions but were taken to Rockhampton Hospital, according to emergency services.
Paramedics responded to the rollover at Sandringham about 7.23pm, Queensland Ambulance Service stated.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the car owner lost traction as he was turning and the vehicle subsequently rolled.
No charges have been laid.
Police are investigating.
