Six people faced Gladstone Magistrates Court this week charged with dangerous drug possession after the Grass is Greener Music Festival last month.

Six people faced Gladstone Magistrates Court this week, charged with dangerous drug charges after they attended the Grass is Greener Festival in Gladstone on November 20.
Trei Brent Harris
Trei Brent Harris, 26, pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs.
Police prosecutor Senior Sergeant Tania Griffiths told the court police spoke to Harris in relation to another matter and while questioning him they identified he might have dangerous drugs on him.
He was detained for a search and subsequently pulled a clip seal bag out of his pocket, which made a purple capsule fall onto the ground.
Harris told police it was an MDMA tablet which he had purchased for $20.
Acting Magistrate Ron Muirhead ordered Harris complete a drug diversion course and placed him on a four month good behaviour bond with a $750 recognisance. No conviction was recorded.
Luke Anthony Bain
Luke Anthony Bain, 21, pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs.
Police prosecutor Senior Sergeant Tania Griffiths told the court that around 5.50pm police were walking around the perimeter of the music festival.
They saw through a see-through fence Bain with his pants down around his mid thighs.
Police entered the festival and spoke with Bain and asked him why he had his pants down, to which he replied he had not had his pants down.
Bain was detained for a search and police found a clip-seal bag with 0.3 grams of cocaine down his underwear.
Bain told police he had brought it to the festival to take, saying he had done two lines before coming to the event.
He was arrested and transported to Gladstone Police Watch house where he was released on a bail undertaking.
Acting Magistrate Ron Muirhead placed Bain on a four month good behaviour bond with an $800 recognisance. No conviction was recorded.
Max William Fien
Max William Fien, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs.
Police prosecutor Senior Sergeant Tania Griffiths told the court that police patrolling the festival saw Fien shaking hands with another person and it appeared they had swapped an item.
Fien kept looking at police and began walking away quickly, before being detained as it was suspected he had dangerous drugs on him.
A police search of Fien’s wallet revealed a clip seal bag which contained MDMA, with the bag and drug weighing 0.71 grams.
Fien told police he was going to add it to his drink but had not consumed it yet.
Acting Magistrate Ron Muirhead placed Fien on a four month good behaviour bond which included an $800 recognisance. No conviction was recorded.
Shobai Kezia Eldridge
Shobai Kezia Eldridge, 21, pleaded guilty to three dangerous drug offences, including possession of dangerous drugs.
Prosecutor Senior Sergeant Tania Griffith told the court that on November 20, around 6.15pm, police officers were patrolling The Grass is Greener Music Festival at Memorial Park.
Police received information that Eldridge was seen inside a toilet with other girls snorting cocaine.
Eldridge was convicted and fined $800. No conviction was recorded.
Ashtyn Luke Lindeberg
Ashtyn Luke Lindeberg, 22, pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs.
Police prosecutor Senior Sergeant Tania Griffiths told the court that Lindeberg and another man were seen standing near a toilet block at the festival.
Police spoke with both people and asked them if they had any drugs or weapons on them, which they denied and consented to a search.
Lindeberg handed his wallet to police upon request and in it was a clip seal bag which contained .25 grams of a yellow powdery substance.
Police issued Lindeberg his rights and cautions and questioned him regarding the powder.
Lindeberg said it was MDMA and that he had purchased it the day before and he ingested the substance by licking it.
Acting Magistrate Ron Muirhead placed Lindeberg on a four month good behaviour bond with an $800 recognisance. No conviction was recorded.
Carly Susan Pusnik
Carly Susan Pusnik, 28, pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs.
Police prosecutor Senior Sergeant Tania Griffiths told the court that police spoke to Pusnik in relation to another matter and she was detained for a search.
Upon searching Pusnik’s handbag, police located a loose capsule with a substance inside it.
Pusnik told police it was MDMA and there were three capsules in the bag.
Police also located a further two capsules loose in the handbag, with Pusnik saying she paid around $25 per capsule.
She was issued a notice to appear in Gladstone Magistrates Court.
Acting Magistrate Ron Muirhead placed Pusnik on a four month good behaviour bond with an $800 recognisance. No conviction was recorded.
