Paramedics are at the scene where a man reportedly crashed his car through a garage.

Emergency services are on the scene of an incident at a home in the Gladstone region where a man reportedly crashed through the back of his garage in a car.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics were called to a private address at Boyne Island at 12.51pm.

"Reports were a vehicle had crashed into a structure," the spokeswoman said.

"Paramedics are still on the scene assessing a patient."
