Emergency services respond to two serious crashes in the Lockyer Valley
Emergency crews have had a busy morning after two separate crashes in the Lockyer Valley region. Here’s what we know.

A man has suffered potentially life-threatening injuries, while a woman is being assessed by paramedics after two separate serious incidents.
Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics treated a man in his 40s for potentially life-threatening upper limb, head and chest injuries after his vehicle crashed into a tree.
It is understood the incident occurred just after 9am on Toowoomba Connection Rd at Withcott.
The man was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a serious condition.
Queensland Fire Department spokesman said all occupants were out of the vehicle when fireys arrived and paramedics were treating one patient.
In a second crash hours later a caravan rolled about 11.37am, blocking one lane of the Brisbane Valley Highway near Esk.
A QAS spokeswoman said paramedics were assessing a woman in her 50s, while no other patients had been reported injured.
Police and fireys remain at the scene assisting with traffic control and it’s unclear how long the road will be impacted for.
