Police charge Coominya man with 23 offences over alleged spate of fuel drive-offs
A 37-year-old is due to face court next month after he handed himself in to police over a series of alleged fuel drive-offs in the Lockyer Valley and Ipswich regions.

A Somerset region man will face court in February charged with more than 20 offences related to a series of alleged fuel drive-offs across the Lockyer Valley and Ipswich.
Police charged the Coominya man after an investigation into the spate of alleged offences that took place over a five month period.
After a public appeal for information, the 37-year-old handed himself in to police at the Laidley station on January 23.
He has now been charged with a total of 23 offences including seven counts of stealing, eight counts of using false registration plates and eight counts of unlicensed driving.
He’s due to face the Gatton Magistrates Court on February 18.
