A Hervey Bay father who police allege is a violent, prolific drug dealer, had his matters mentioned in court on Monday, April 28.
The case against Daryl David Hall, 37, was mentioned briefly in Maryborough Magistrates Court where he faced three charges of trafficking in dangerous drugs, five of possessing dangerous drugs, receiving or possessing property obtained from trafficking or supplying, using a carriage service to make a threat to kill, wilful damage, four of choking/strangulation/suffocation, four of assaults occasioning bodily harm, four of common assault, one count of possessing shortened firearms and three of anything used in the commission of a crime.
Lawyer Morgan Harris said he was seeking a lengthy adjournment for Mr Hall, who was in custody.
Magistrate John Milburn adjourned the matter until May 26, 2025, with Mr Hall’s appearance excused at the next mention.
