Albert Edwin Pink charged with indecent assault of multiple females
A man now aged in his 80s will be sentenced in Maryborough for crimes he committed in the 1970s, including five counts of indecent assault on females.

An elderly man is set to face court on multiple historical indecent assault charges.
Albert Edwin Pink, 83, had his matters mentioned briefly before Maryborough District Court on Monday.
Mr Pink is charged with five counts of indecent assault on females, one count of indecent treatment of children under 16 and common assault.
The dated charges allegedly relate to incidents in the 1970s in Taragoola in the Gladstone region, according to court documents.
Defence lawyer Morgan Harris appeared on behalf of Mr Pink on Monday.
He told the court Mr Pink had been arraigned and pleaded guilty, with a sentence date being sought.
A presentence report had been prepared, the court heard.
Mr Harris said Mr Pink was “bed-bound” due to continence issues.
He was currently on bail, the court heard.
The matter was set down for further mention on Wednesday.
