The Fraser Coast’s red hot property market means there has been no shortage of multimillion-dollar deals this year, but here are the very biggest deals that went down in 2023, and the people who bought and sold.

Coastal suburbs like Urangan, Dundownran Beach and Craignish dominate the list of the most expensive real estate sales on the Fraser Coast in 2023.
Inland farms took out the higher ranks as the population continued to grow and property became increasingly expensive.
Carter Cooper Real Estate principal and local chair of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, Kim Carter, said “the housing market on the Fraser Coast has remained quite stable and strengthens with every year”.

Mrs Carter said while the “frenzy of sales may have gone out or slows down, they are still being made”.
“Beachfront homes are increasing price wise, because of how limited they are in quantity within the region,” she said.
