FOR 43 families, Christmas has been made just a little bit easier with the help of the Dalby Crisis Support Centre and Crowe Horwath Australia.
This is the seventh year the organisations have partnered together, and their impact is as strong as ever.
Crowe Horwath business adviser Russell Strack knows how important it is for businesses to give back to families in need.
"The crisis centre, what they do is they help people directly,” Mr Strack said.
"It's not going through a charity or another organisation, it's going directly to the local area and directly to those families.”
Christmas isn't the only tough time for some families in Dalby. The looming costs of school fees is enough to bring a dampener on anyone's day.
Irene Tanks hopes the hampers and supplies will be enough to make this time of year easier for those families.
"We help with Christmas, and there's always after Christmas as well with school going back,” Irene said.
"So 43 families at Christmas get their small food hampers and their presents for the kids, and that lessens the strain for these families over Christmas.”
