A DEVELOPMENT site with a range of potential uses (SCTA) at Mackenzie in Brisbane’s south-east is being offered for sale by Ray White Special Projects.

A DEVELOPMENT site with a range of potential uses (SCTA) at Mackenzie in Brisbane's south-east is being offered for sale by Ray White Special Projects (Qld) in conjunction with LJ Hooker Commercial.

The 1.54ha site at 581 and 587 Mount Petrie Rd, Mackenzie, is being marketed via expressions of interest by Mark Creevey and Tony Williams of Ray White Special Projects (Qld) and Tony Hope and Ben Armstrong of LJ Hooker Commercial.

Mr Creevey said the size and location of the site only 12km from the Brisbane CBD on the corner of Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Rd and Mt Petrie Rd presented a number of possible uses.

"The property is zoned Emerging Community under the current Brisbane City Planning Scheme," he said.

The size and location of the site presents a variety of possible uses including commercial, retail, service station, medium-density residential, aged care or other alternatives."
