43-year-old woman charged: Crashes, flips car, faces court in Bundaberg
A 43-year-old Bundaberg West woman has been hit with multiple charges after a dramatic crash in which a car went through a fence and flipped.

In a dramatic scene on Sunday morning, a woman was arrested and charged after allegedly crashing through a fence and flipping her car in Bundaberg West.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said it was alleged that about 10.20am on Sunday, a white 2002 Mitsubishi Magna was travelling east along Johnston St before colliding with a fence and rolling.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman reported the driver was already out of the vehicle upon paramedics’ arrival and did not require medical assistance.
Witnesses at the scene described the event, noting the driver allegedly sped through an intersection before crashing through the fence and overturning the car, which landed on its roof.
According to a Queensland Police Service spokeswoman, the 43-year-old Bundaberg West woman was arrested at the scene before being taken to Bundaberg Hospital.
She has since been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle and adversely affected by an intoxicating substance, driving of motor vehicle without a licence and obstructing a police officer.
She was refused police bail and is due to appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court today, July 29.
