Four people had to be taken to hospital after a wild brawl broke out at a country pub near Bundaberg.
The Queensland Ambulance service took four people to hospital on Saturday night in what police have termed a “drunken fight” between eight people at the Wallaville Hotel.
Six of the people involved required treatment from paramedics.
While two did not require a trip to hospital, four others did, with a man in his 50s suffering a head injury and another man in his 60s being dealt a serious leg injury.
Two women in their 50s received minor head injuries.
The incident broke out on Mill Street just before 8pm.
A spokeswoman for the Queensland Police Service said while police had noted a “drunken fight” had broken out, no formal complaints had been made at the time of publishing.
