Man rushed to hospital with neck injuries

Emergency services rushed to a Bundaberg East business on Tuesday morning when a workplace accident involving a cutting disc left a worker with neck injuries.

A man was taken to hospital after the incident which occurred about 7.27am, March 18, 2025.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the man suffered lacerations to his neck after making contact with a cutting disc, while working at a site on Cross Street in Bundaberg East.

He was taken to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
