‘Out of town’ buyers splash $990K on beachfront Zilzie home

The property, which was located on the Capricorn Coast, sold to Queensland buyers from “out of town”.

A four-bedroom home with ocean views, located across from the beach in Zilzie Heights, has sold to buyers from “out of town” for just under $1 million.

The property at 2 Doveshell Crescent sold for $990,000 on July 19 through Emu Park Real Estate.

Emu Park Real Estate principal Tanya Edwards said the property sold to Queensland buyers from “out of town”.

Ms Edwards said the buyers were interested in the location and how close the property was to the beach, with a walking path to the beach just meters away.

“It was an awesome sale for the area,” she said.

Described as a home of “quality and style” with “unsurpassed attention to detail”, Ms Edwards said presentation was one of the main features of the property.
