An architecturally designed beachfront home in Yeppoon has sold to buyers from South West Queensland for $1.05 million.
The property at 101 Todd Avenue settled through Ray White Yeppoon on July 12.
Principal Debbie Lodwick said the property had a good level of interest before it sold.
“There were at least two or three emails a day and phone calls for that property,” Ms Lodwick said.
“Interest came from all over.
“There were some southern buyers interested in that one, people coming up into the area wanting to relocate to Yeppoon.
“It was a nice home, architecturally designed with nice views and beachfront, which is a big thing.”
She said the buyers were a family from South West Queensland.
The property, which spans over three levels, boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, large decks on both levels with ocean views, and spacious open plan living opening directly to the extensive decks and a stainless steel kitchen.
The property also has a double lock up garage, in-ground pool with a water feature, and gated privacy with the ability to walk directly on to Farnborough Beach.
Ms Lodwick said there was a lot of interest in beachfront properties at the moment and not many available.
“If anybody is thinking about selling, give us a ring because we have lots of people looking for beachfront homes,” she said.
