Helping others to achieve a positive body image was the catalyst behind the opening of a new wellness clinic in Toowoomba.
Body Catalyst state area manager Sarah Chillingworth said the team was excited to have opened their 39th clinic in the garden city.
“Our purpose is to help people reshape bodies and shapeshift lives,” she said.
“It really is an emotional and physical journey we go on with our clients … from the moment they first walk in to when they leave, you really do see that shift in their lives and confidence levels.”
The new wellness clinic at Grand Central Shopping Centre offers a range of non-invasive and non-surgical services.
Treatments include cellulite reduction, skin tightening, fat freezing, pelvic floor strengthening and muscle defining, among others.
Ms Chillingworth, who is a qualified nurse, said all of the clinic’s therapists had a background in health or wellness and predominantly nutrition.
The new clinic features six consultation rooms and is on the ground floor of the shopping centre, near Kmart.
It is open weekdays 9am to 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.
