When Covid-19 and lockdowns first started, many businesses were forced to adopt new practices and embrace technology.

Now, a new service has been launched in the Darling Downs to offer clients admin support and lighten the load.

After operating business hub and co-working space Ko Kollective for four years and Emerald Kove – a trendy and relaxed venue housing private offices, event spaces and training rooms, for just over a year, owner Natasha Krahenbring decided it was time to take it one step further.

The passionate business owner recently launched Virtual Ko – a virtual administration and phone line service for businesses across the Darling Downs.

Services on offer include answering calls on behalf of business clients, marketing and email and calendar management, among others.

“We were always getting asked if we did phone and admin services, so we decided this was the year that we were going to do it,” Ms Krahenbring said.

“What makes us different is we learn about the client’s business, their services and their employees, so when someone calls, we can answer basic questions and direct their calls to the right person.”

Although the business owner admits running three ventures during Covid-19 has had its challenges, she said she never stopped believing in her brand and its purpose.

And it’s clear the community does too, with both Ko Kollective and Emerald Kove often at full capacity and serving more than 170 clients.
