Paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service have transported a patient to hospital following a fall from a bicycle.

The incident occurred on Saturday at 10.46am on a private property in Anduramba, near Crows Nest.

A spokeswoman from QAS said the cyclist who was a man aged in his 60s, reportedly fell from his bike and sustained injuries to his head and spine as a result.

He was transported to St Vincent’s Hospital in a stable condition.
