Draped tinsel
Drape a metallic pipe cleaner across the tree in a zig zag formation. Glue the pipe cleaner ends to the back of the tree.
Baubles
Glue small pom poms and beads across the tree in a loose fashion.
Ribbon
Knot a loop in a length of ribbon. Then glue the looped ribbon to the back of the little tree.
