Where is your wife? Contestants quiz Harrison (Married at First Sight)

Hoist the red flags, people! We've got a new Harrison Boon on our hands.

According to So Dramatic, MAFS 2024 groom, Jack Dunkley, is set to inherit the title of this season's resident 'alpha'.

The 34-year-old personal trainer from the Gold Coast even described himself as exactly that, adding that he "needs" a partner who is "respectfully submissive to his dominance."

"I love leading and giving advice," he said in his introduction. "I like to try and control the situation."

Harrison Boon 2.0

Sound a little 50 Shades of Grey-esque?  Well, that's exactly the vibe Jack is going for.

The controversial groom described himself as "a cross between Christian Grey and Tarzan."

"I have quite a sexual appetite. Quite kinky. And I've heard that is what [Christian Grey] all about as well," said Jack, who has been partnered up with bride Tori Adams.

Jack allegedly dumped his girlfriend just before filming

In true Harrison style, Jack also reportedly dumped his girlfriend so he could appear on the show.

According to The Wash, Brisbane-based woman, Courtney, went rogue on social media claiming that he dumped her just weeks before filming started.

He allegedly told her that he was "moving overseas" for work.

Not sure how he thought he was going to get away with that one, given the whole... televised thing, but anyway.

Courtney told the publication, "When someone tells you they love you, introduces you to their family, lies to you saying they are going to America 'for a work opportunity' only to find out they broke your heart to be on MAFS. The world we live in disgusts me."

To make matters worse, she said that the pair were even planning on moving in together.

"I even started selling my furniture," she said. "This is the worst thing a man has ever done to me. I’d been driving myself crazy for a month, wondering why everything was so shady."

"Single for a reason"

After the first couple of episodes, viewers rushed to social media to slam MAFS producers for casting "another Harrison."

"Are they deliberately looking for narcissists?!?!" one asked.

"You aren't alpha if you have to say you are! Secondhand embarrassment," another wrote, while someone else added, "Oh god here we go!!! Total narc - we are now watching the beginnings of trauma bonding."

"He gives me Harrison vibes," a different viewer pointed out.

And then this user claimed, "He's single for a reason!"

Consider yourselves suitably warned. Jack will definitely be one to watch (out for!)
