Bachelorette star Brooke Blurton has stunned her fans by revealing her “best kept secret.”
The 27-year-old opened up on her podcast about undergoing a breast augmentation before she began filming The Bachelorette last year.
Speaking about different types of medicines the other has tried for nausea, Brooke’s co-star Matty Mills asked her if she had ever tried the anti-nausea medication ondansetron.
“Yes, when I had my boobs done,” she chuckled, without adding any more information.
A few moments later, the pair began a segment where they answer questions from fans, with one of them asking Brooke if she had ever had her boobs done.
“I get this all the time and it’s probably my best kept secret,” she revealed.
“Yes I have had my boobs done. I haven’t had any other plastic surgery or cosmetic stuff done.
“I got my boobs done just prior to going away for The Bachelorette.”
The star went on to say that the timing was purely coincidental, while also offering insight into her decision.
“I didn’t purposely get them for The Bachelorette, obviously,” she said.
“But I got them done, and for me I had already had this very sporty and masculine body.
“And I was like, I really want boobs. I never had them, I was really self-conscious of my boobs.
“So I was like, f**k it.”
When asked about the process of getting them done, Brooke revealed that it was the “most painful” procedure she had ever had done.
“It was the most painful surgery I’ve ever had,” she said.
“I’m literally holding them because I’m remembering the pain.
“I didn’t go super big. The cutting open part, and the shoving.
“I’ve seen how other surgeries happen, and it’s not a simple slotting it in.”
Speaking about other types of cosmetic surgery, her co-star queried whether she had ever had Botox.
“No I haven’t touched my face” she confirmed.
“Wow, black don’t crack baby” Matty said.
“Look how beautiful your skin is!”
Brooke rose to fame after being a frontrunner on Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins’ season of The Bachelor, before leaving the mansion on her own terms just days before the finale.
She then graced our TV screens again after it was announced she would was the new Bachelorette.
In a history-making twist, Brooke was the first Indigenous and bisexual woman to lead a series that featured both male and female contestants.
She ended up picking Darvid Garayeli as the winner, but the pair split just months later.
