Airlines beg for passenger calm

Qantas and Virgin have called for calm as their call centres are flooded with calls from passengers desperate to change their flights as borders shut to NSW.

Virgin Australia has launched a new attack on Qantas, expanding offers for frequent flyers – and those on linked airlines, to move over with more benefits than ever.
